Scanner

The Data Processor in the Main Office uses a Fujisu Duplex scanner, model M4097Dm to scan in TISS form for the Critical Care Program TMSX. The scanner has also been used to scan in other forms/surveys for other projects.

If it ever needs to be replaced keep in mind that it gets fairly high volume use, so an autofeed feature is required, and it should be designed to handle 10s of thousands of pages.
