Scanner

The Data Processor in the Main Office uses a Fujisu Duplex scanner, model M4097Dm hooked up to the Scanner PC to scan in TISS form for the Critical Care Program TMSX. The scanner has also been used to scan in other forms/surveys for other projects.

If it ever needs to be replaced keep in mind that it gets fairly high volume use, so an autofeed feature is required, and it should be designed to handle 10s of thousands of pages.

At install on 2011-06-29 I found drivers for the scanner at [1]

The software used with the scanner is Teleform.
