Instructions for requesting a batch of data from DSM

We extract data to provide to DSM so they can provide us with labs that they have for those patients.

Instructions

  1. make an empty local directory
  2. Copy DSM Labs Consistency check.accdb to a local directory
  3. Put the following into the same directory
  4. Template:Discussion need button to do extract that defaults to DSM_Lab_Extract#File_Share
  5. contact our DSM Contact (see DSM_Lab_Extract#Contacts)
