Instructions for requesting a batch of data from DSM

Preliminary information, this is not active yet

We extract data to provide to DSM so they can provide us with labs that they have for those patients.

Instructions

1. copy files to local, they are large and won't work well on a share (need batch Template:Discussion).
   • make a new local directory
   • Put the following into the directory
     • Centralized_data.mdb
     • DSM_Labs_Consistency_check.accdb
     • PHI.mdb
     • CCMDB.mdb
2. Template:Discussion need button to do extract that defaults to DSM_Lab_Extract#File_Share
3. contact our DSM Contact (see DSM_Lab_Extract#Contacts)
