Dispo field

This field is currently being implemented, please check the instructions and put a discussion for anything that isn't clear. 

The Dispo field contains information about what happens to the patient at the end of their admission.

Collection Instruction

For each patient,

• enter the option that most closely matches
• for patients who expire, enter "what was it? Template:Discussion"
• for patients who expire and become organ donors, enter "what was it? Template:Discussion"
• for patients who leave against medical advice, enter "what was it? Template:Discussion"
