L ICD10 subform

The L_ICD10 subform in the ICD10 tab of the Patient Viewer is used for ICD10 collection. CCI Codes will be documented on the wiki much like ICD10 codes over the next few weeks and details may change, this subform was implemented to be able to involve collectors in planning and testing early.

Form Elements

• the ICD10 dx field... need to figure out what to call that in hereTemplate:Discussion
• Dx Date
• Dx Type
• Dx Priority

Data in this subform is stored in L_ICD10 table. Dropdowns depend on s_ICD10 table.
