Prioritized List of Changes

Trish please fill from Category:Potential Change as you see fit.

  1. Multiple encounter consistency checks.--Trish Ostryzniuk 17:43, 2014 May 2 (CDT)
  2. Need and NDC: for ARF, CRF & Task dialysis.--Trish Ostryzniuk 19:12, 2014 May 8 (CDT)details to be obtained from Pagasa and Julie.Trish Ostryzniuk 19:12, 2014 May 8 (CDT)

    • tblPatientDateViewSAS not being updated in TISS28.mdb.Trish Ostryzniuk 16:52, 2013 April 5 (EDT)
    • TISS28 data specifications Views and completeness for form checking. Include those that Pagasa is using printed out registry list to manually check TISS before scanning. Pagasa and Julie have made a LIST and put it on X under TISS28. -more work to do here Fred with Julie.Trish Ostryzniuk 16:52, 2013 April 5 (EDT)
    • In the process of validating the output with Julie. Time permitting, work will start on other Views next week. -- Fred Schumacher 11:44, 2013 February 15 (EST)
  4. address Centralized data front end.mdb Change Request
  5. address TMSX MedTMS to Centralized go-live
    • consolidate and re-link that article
  6. L_Log - we don't understand the logic why there is a difference "counts" when you sort and filter and don't sort and filter. For For example, we have to sort record status field first before we filter, otherwise not counting all the same way. Example: filter by vetted without sorting this field first and counts are different. Review with Pagasa. Both Julie and Trish getting error because we don't know why you have to sort before you filter. Pagasa only one that know this trick. Why should here be this trick. I guess we don't understand what Access is doing or we expect it should be doing something regardless doing it in this order.Trish Ostryzniuk 20:21, 2014 April 30 (CDT)
    • catch me when I am in. Ttenbergen 20:07, 2014 May 1 (CDT)

likely fixed, please delete as confirmed

  1. Centralized Front end:
    • Aptotal_physiological points in the Created_Variables query. It is currently showing all zeros as the value. Thanks Tina!Trish Ostryzniuk 17:12, 2014 May 14 (CDT)
    • Chronic Health Points - if chronic health is 9NoCH then point are zero. Does not matter what the AP_Admit type is.
    • Age: what has happened, this was matching before? Could this because of the version issues from the other week?
    • transfer delay - as per Julie email May 16.14.
  2. NDC for centralized front end - VAP AND CLI. Check with Pagasa.
    • I think Pagasa explained but I can't remember; we should work on this together sometime I am in, please catch me. Ttenbergen 20:01, 2014 May 1 (CDT)
  3. Admit Type for APACHE II. The Centralized import from Ed.mdb possible conversion problem. Tina needs to check the coding of elective surgery, emergent surgery, medical. Imported, data not matching what is in Ed. Julie could advise further.
  4. Centralized - the diagnosis code for ACUTE PERITONEAL DIALYSIS (TASK) should be changed from 1003201 to 100301. Julie Mojica as per email sent April 30.14.
  5. ED’s has 8 missing CH data (due to missing APACHE elements – same with ES)Chronic Health APACHE. Centralized_data - assigns data to the missing 8 cases. These should have been treated as MISSING in the centralized data. Julie Mojica as per email sent: April 30.14.
  6. Updated Apache scoring in CCMDB.mdb, still need to import to Centralized front end
  7. Bug - Incomplete patients are being set to "sent" in Centralized data.mdb - likely fixed
  8. P_Outstanding_Admits would like the Incompletes with NO discharge date.Trish Ostryzniuk 19:54, 2014 April 25 (CDT)
  9. How to deal with Orphan in centralized. There are 55 showing up again. Review with Pagasa.Trish Ostryzniuk 18:06, 2014 April 11 (CDT)
  10. Centralized import from Ed.mdb - not sure if copy on X dated May 5.14, you had used the most current version to work on update with fixes. I ran the importer last evening which included Julie task.xls. L_task is showing blanks and L_DX is the missing tasks. Should be only things we still had issues with was CH and Elective Surgery fields for importer, so lots of other weird things showing up. Can review with Julie when you are in.Trish Ostryzniuk 19:20, 2014 May 7 (CDT)--Trish Ostryzniuk 19:12, 2014 May 8 (CDT)
  11. I am wondering is there is an issue with version controlling for both centralized front end and centralized import from Eds. I noted today that in the s_admitdischarge table Grace Nursing Home Ward (nursing home GRA) is missing from centralized front end. I added it back in on version on X. Let me know what you think may be going on. Note: It had been added to master on X on April 10.14 and it was added to this list to make sure you update. - Trish Ostryzniuk 15:45, 2014 May 6 (CDT)--Trish Ostryzniuk 19:12, 2014 May 8 (CDT)

Item to consider where to put on Priority list

  1. Gaps in CCMDB Dataset

Doesn't really need to be on here, it's in the potential change list. That makes me think, though. Trish and Tina ought to go through that category and the "bugs" category to see if any individual articles are actually a higher priority.

To do before go-life

  1. Process for editing between send weeks? How to manage master centralized.mdb and Front end and PHI.mdb each week.
  2. Edit process in new database if accidently deleted field or file when editing master mdbs in main office: back up before Edit, then back up after edits complete? Back up to which location?
  3. import part of iTISS that corresponds to specific Tasks into centralized. See Tasks vs iTISS for mapping.
