- QAInf missing from centralized - Pagasa ID'd one patient from CON that in acq DX VAP, but centralized front end not seeing the VAP date. She checked TMPV2.mdb and VAP dates is there. Not sure if there are others.PTorres 12:03, 2014 June 20 (CDT)

- TISS28 data specifications Views and completeness for form checking. Include those that Pagasa is using printed out registry list to manually check TISS before scanning. Doesn't really need to be on here, it's in the potential change list. That makes me think, though. Trish and Tina ought to go through that category and the "bugs" category to see if any individual articles are actually a higher priority.
