This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

CFE created variable for Medicine

  • see Julies email date Friday Nov 6.14
    • Tina applied a fix Nov 20.11 and rolled out.
    • Nov 27.14 - Julie will need to confirm to Tina if this is resolved or not.

ccmdb.mdb ER wait

ER_Wait#ER_Wait_and_from-ER_consistency

  1. if ER wait >3days, give collectors a message box to verify if correct or not.
  2. Please add: MEDICINE: Could you add check in ccmdb.mdb that if own Hosp Loc and Admit from is ER there must be and ER wait date in tmp.
  • Eg. HSC_A4, Admit from: HE, tmp: ER wait must have a date. Review criteria with Julie.
  • Medicine: add a check in ccmdb for collector’s so that medicine service accept date (registry screen admit date) cannot be AFTER ward admit date (Project: ER wait) date OR the Project: ER wait date, cannot be BEFORE medicine service accept date (registry screen admit date).

Pagasa send meeting to Tina for Thursday Nov 13.14 to review problems.

Multiple encounter consistency checks

Review Pagasa's backup process

Tina - review backup process - there is the backup to X of PHI and centralized when push and pull script run but also a backup1.bat (3 in one), that puts copy of centralize.mdb on M, copy of TMSX dat and MedTMS dat but does nothing with PHI. Centralized is backed up in two places but PHI only in one.

Re import LABS from Ed

this to be done after going HSC goes to EPR labs Oct 12.14 or so

  • Since end of May, HSC labs have continued to go into TMSX only. Need to transfer then into centralized. Julie needs to be aware this hasn't been done yet.Trish Ostryzniuk 17:57, 2014 November 13 (CST)

Doesn't really need to be on here, it's in the potential change list. That makes me think, though. Trish and Tina ought to go through that category and the "bugs" category to see if any individual articles are actually a higher priority.
