  • I notice some people use this diagnosis for just nausea and vomiting. Is this OK? --LKolesar 13:43, 2016 July 20 (CDT)
    • Sometimes it's just N&V or diarrhea alone or dehydration secondary to N,V +/- diarrhea but pt doesn't qualify for any sort of shock state so this code has been used this way for years.--CMarks 14:33, 2016 July 20 (CDT)
