- This includes so-called "Neutropenic Enterocolitis" IF and only if it is believed to be non-infectious in etiology, and link it to Neutropenia or agranulocytosis
- If a neutropenic patient has what is believed to be an infectious entercolitis without a bug known or identified, then instead use: Gastrointestinal infection (gastroenteritis, colitis), bug NOS linked to Neutropenia or agranulocytosis.
