HSC H6 is the only medicine ward in the Region at HSC that admits LTV, MD, AML, failure to wean patient, etc.
- H6 has a combination of Respiratory, Neurology and Medicine contingency beds (boarding location H6B). We only capture data on those patients that are in the medicine contingency beds
HSC H6 (H6) is available as a Previous Location and a Dispo field entry.
Data Use
H6 is relevant in reporting Transfer Delay because it is reported separately, like IICU.
