• This report is used to track how long a patient has been on transfer list before getting out of CC in the region, namely, HSC MICU, HSC SICU, HSC IICU, STB ICMS, Grace ICU.

• The report included the number of discharges, mortality%, the counts N, mean, sum and max of the transfer delays in days and counts and % by transfer delays groups as follows:

1. 0-2 hrs,
2. 2-12 hrs,
3. 12-24 hrs,
4. 1-2 days,
5. >2-3 days,
6. >3-7 days,
7. >7-14 days,
8. >14-21 days,
9. >21 days,
10. No Transfer Dttm.
