Significance

A bed that is held is empty and could contain a patient.

If bed held date is the same as dispo date - calculate the difference between the bed held time and dispo time.
if bed held date is not the same as dispo date
- for first date - calculate the difference between 2400 and dispo time
- for in between date - consider 1 full day
- for last date - consider the Bed held Tm
Extra Bed held Occupancy per day = sum of extra bed occupied by all patients with bed held in a given day
The Extra Bed held Occupancy will be reported as a separate entity and together with the Bed occupancy (Definition 1 derived from Admit DtTm to Dispo DtTm ) which is the sum of patient days or Total Patient Days.
