I have been meaning to ask you a question since January. Why does the pharmacy data not show up on the spreadsheet where we check our sent files. Everything else is there but the pharmacy is blank. Is there another place we are to check that our data is being sent? Gail Hall RN

*What Gail is referring to is the Excel sheet that pops up after you send patients. This does not show any of the pharmacy items that were sent in. The columns are blank.   This is different than the lab items which you can see what value you sent in. Tina will have to advise why she did not include the values in the EXCEL sheet for the pharmacy like we did for labs. Not sure if any collectors really look at this that closely so do we really need to display it?[[User:TOstryzniuk|Trish Ostryzniuk]] 12:56, 2012 February 29 (CST)

** as replied to Gail: "The type of Pharmacy data sent now is different, so it would not fit into the sheet. It goes into a different table now. You should not have to check it. Having said that, I should run a check to see that data is arriving as it should for all of you. So, thanks for making me think of it!" The access file Regional Server\Output\Pharmacy.mdb will be the data store for Pharmacy collection as of 2012-01-01.

When sending patients, data from the L_Pharm_Flowsheet table for all patients being sent (i.e. patients with FinalCheck true) will be appended to the table pharmacy by the query Send_Pharmacy in CCMDB.mdb.

  • currently the Pharmacy items SENT in for each patient does not show up in your EXCEL sheet. The EXCEL sent sheet is the one that shows what values were sent under each column of data for each patient.

Template:Discussion I have been meaning to ask you a question since January. Why does the pharmacy data not show up on the spreadsheet where we check our sent files. Everything else is there but the pharmacy is blank. Is there another place we are to check that our data is being sent? Gail Hall RN
