Query Form Cognos2 Service Starter latest previous entry finder

Query Form_Cognos2_Service_Starter_latest_previous_entry_finder is used by the "add patient" functionality in CSS to find the latest previous Pat_ID that uses the current CSS line's chart number, to then copy that profile's data. It matches on Admit DtTm.
