Query s CCI Categories Collection Mode Maker

The Query s CCI Categories Collection Mode Maker in CCMDB.accdb populates the s_CCI Categories_Collection_Mode table with CCI Collection Modes as part of Re-importing CCI and IDC10 categories from wiki to CCMDB.accdb. These are used to filter CCI procedures in CCMDB.accdb and are also used by some cross checks for CCI Collection. See Re-importing CCI and IDC10 categories from wiki to CCMDB.accdb for details.

This had to be a table rather than a query because using a query would have made records in the CCI subforms not editable.
