Restoring a "known good" version of the centralized data pair

Centralized_data.accdb and / or PHI.mdb occasionally get corrupted, usually during sending. This leads to the data processor following the instructions in Re-sending data, which may include this step.

There could be other causes.

Steps

  • restore Centralized_data.accdb
    • Go to the backups Centralized ( S:\WRHA\WRHA_CCMED\​Backup\Centralized_data\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\WRHA\HSC\shared\WRHA\WRHA_CCMED\Backup\Centralized_data ), Copy the cleaned centralized data before it gets corrupted
    • Paste to the ( Regional Server\​Output\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\WRHA\REGION\SHARED\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\Output )
  • restore PHI.mdb
    • Go to the backups PHI (S:\WRHA\WRHA_CCMED\​Backup\PHI\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\WRHA\HSC\shared\WRHA\WRHA_CCMED\Backup\PHI ) Copy the cleaned PHI data before it gets corrupted
    • Paste to the ( S:\MED\Med_CCMED\​CCMDB\PHIS:\MED\Med_CCMED\CCMDB\PHI )
