STB CAU is the Clinical Assessment Unit at the Grace (further info on CAUs).
STB Specific CAU Information
At the STB, the CAU is considered to be an inpatient location
Collection instructions
If a patient is admitted from STB CAU:
- Previous Location STB CAU
- Previous Service Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Template:Discussion" not sure if emergency Medicine as per STB Memo oct 3.17. Can someone at STB clarify please.
- Pre-admit Inpatient Institution:: STB CAU

- These patients are mostly under Family Medicine however, some are under Internal Medicine.
