You may need to wait in the evolution of an acute MI to see whether it becomes transmural or not.  If not then it's subendocardial.  If not clear then it's [[Myocardial infarction, acute (AMI), NOS]].
This used to be called as a STEMI, but as of 2023-05-24 the overhead code is being changed to "ACS PROTOCOL-ADULT EMERGENCY".
