Admitted under an Attending Family Physician/GAP

Patients with an established dx that do not require further investigations, low risk for rapid decline, behavioural and neurological difficulties that can be managed with an established care plan, reconditioning, and discharge planning. Patients are admitted from other facilities and inpatient units.

This unit is called VGH NU4N in EPR; enter as VIC_N4C when you see this.

These beds appear on EPR as NU4S however these rooms are part of N4C and are under Family Medicine Service. S4 is closed for renovations with plans to reopen as a Geri Rehab Unit.
