*Tina: discussed with Julie, the minimal data set for pending mdb was serial, admit date, time, site and location.  A collectors ability to send to pending mdb should not be held up if admit date or time is not entered yet.  Min data set for pending is serial, site, location. PDA Pending.mdb is an Access database that resides on the Regional Server. It contains a list of patient still on each unit whose data has not been sent in yet. Use of this data is one of the reasons for the importance of recording the Discharge date and time as soon as it is available.
