Please use the hospital previous codes as provided on the PDA and in Access. There are codes for all Manitoba hospitals. If one appears to be missing, contact [[Trish Ostryzniuk]] to find out if a different one should be used or if a new one needs to be added to the list. In addition to the Manitoba hospital codes there are province/other codes for out of province patients.

The Hospital previous field contains the previous hospital for patients who were admitted from another hospital outside of Winnipeg.

The Hospital previous field contains the previous hospital for any patients who were admitted from another hospital outside of Winnipeg. The field name is abbreviated to Hospital Prev in the registry screen in CCMDB.accdb.

If a patients admitted from a hospital outside the city, province or country, a value needs to be entered into this field.

Admission from ER at other hospitals

If a patient is admitted from another hospital's ER via ER at your hospital and Medicine has accepted the patient as a direct admission then enter a tmp entry as per instructions in ER Wait.
