Decided at Task meeting 2022-04-20 to no longer run this check since it has too many exceptions.

* [[Comorbid Diagnosis]], [[Admit Diagnosis]]: there can be no duplicates
== Log ==
* [[Acquired_Diagnosis_/_Complication#repeating_complications]]: no repeat with exceptions
* 2022-04-20 - declined and deleted check

* 2022-03-17 - added [[Neoplasm of uncertain behavior (i.e. not clear if benign or malignant), NOS]] to allowed duplicates
If these are changed we need to ensure the collection instructions are still consistent with the checks.
* 2022-03-09 - added [[Iatrogenic problem NOS, related to a surgery or procedure, NOS]]

* 2022-03-02 - added [[Past history, removal of organ NOS]], [[Nosocomial infection, NOS]] and [[Sexually transmitted (venereal) infections, NOS]] to allowed duplicates
* Could there be duplication across bins? eg can something be a como and a complication? These might be special case scenarios, but if we put a hard check in place collectors may code garbage just so they can send and go home :-)
* 2022-02-17 - added [[Past history, cancer (any type), believed cured]] to allowed duplicates
  currently we allow same dx in como and complication.  maybe keep this for now. --[[User:JMojica|JMojica]] 13:42, 2018 November 20 (CST)}}
* 2022-02-16 - excluded additional allowed duplication scenarios
* 2022-02-10 - the list to count had included lines for each category so there was much duplication. Broke out query to generate unique values first, now count works
* 2019-03-25 - excluded dxs in [[:Category:Pathogens]], [[:Category:Antibiotic resistance]] and [[:Category:Mechanism]]
