* in some circumstances [[p:Mindy Crawley]] will also collect S3 patients as GRA_S3 (these used to be entered as GRA_S3a)
* During the 2020 COVID period, [[p:Mindy Crawley]] and [[p:Sherry Urbanski]] were not only looking at patients admitted to our respective wards, but also under which doctor they were being admitted. We found that during this period there were docs from her ward that were admitting patients on my unit, hence the GRA_S3a admissions on the G8 laptop. We assume this was done for bed utilization.
** Mindy will also keep profiles on her computer for patients who started on her unit, and then are transferred out.
