- This code is for placement of an indwelling A-line in any location (radial, brachial, femoral artery, etc)
- Do not use this code for drawing of arterial blood if the catheter is NOT left in place (we do not code any sort of phlebotomy for lab testing)

- if an Acquired Procedure, enter the Px Date for each day that they happen
- if an Admit Procedure leave the date blank
