p:Stephanie Cortilet enters with Service/Location GRA_S3a, starting at Serial number 150 on a shared number pool with that laptop's GRA_N5 collection (As of 2017-11-08)

	This is clearly outdated. According to Laptop identifier this is now collected by p:Sherry Urbanski. There are a few GRA_S3a entries on the G8 laptop during 2020-05, so some sharing must be going on. What is the story now? Ttenbergen 11:10, 2020 June 5 (CDT) p:Sherry Urbanski is the permanent collector for this unit During the 2020 COVID period, p:Mindy Crawley and I were not only looking at patients admitted to our respective wards, but also under which doctor they were being admitted. We found that during this period there were docs from her ward that were admitting patients on my unit, hence the GRA_S3a admissions on the G8 laptop. I can only assume this was done for bed utilization. Mindy will also keep profiles on her computer for patients who started on her unit, and then are transferred out. I guess you could call this work splitting, but on average I'd say there's maybe a couple of cases like this each month. Surbanski 11:25, 2020 June 5 (CDT)

A shared serial number pool is used for collection on the Grace N5 laptop of GRA_ EMIP, GRA_S3 and GRA_N5 .

Data for this ward was collected as GRA_W3 before 2016-05-26. All old data was changed to the new location.
