Cognos is the reporting system used by Decision Support Services to report from the EPR (among other things). It generates the Cognos EPR Report data used by the Cognos Report Integrator.
We also tried in spring/summer 2020 to get access for Julie to use this tool directly to extract data as needed but failed to secure support for this.
