D5 Patient were moved to this unit from HSC_D5 on March 19.2 between 10-1400 hrs.
NEW location: 735 Notre Dame Avenue, WRS3
- Moved to WRS5 (temporarily) June 15, 2022, while WRS3 is being renovated, listed in EPR as HSC-NDWRS5
- Moved back to WRS3 December 13,2022
- March 13, 2024 WRS2 moved their 12 patients to WSRS3 while WRS2 is being renovated, current census is 36
