Data Collection
- For any record collected as part of LAU Public Trustee]
- If the patient arrives already under PGT (Public Guardian and Trustee) then enter the first Service tmp entry
- If the patient is assigned a PGT during this admission use the dttm that the PGT was assigned
Data Entry Instructions
For every LAU Public Trustee] who is assigned a PGT during their stay
- Project: Public Trustee - Item: "no"
- Project: Public trustee - Item: "yes"
