data processor batch files

Pagasa is the keeper of the master database. She needs to update files to the Scanner computer, Julie and Trish regularly. This is one of a set of batch files to help with this. The Scanner computer needs the latest copy of the data files in order to update the TISS and the HSC Pharmacy data which is manually entered. The updated TISS and Pharmacy files done on the scanner computer then need to be copied back to Pagasa computer as needed. All copies will be initiated by Pagasa, and done via batch file from shared PC drives.

Some settings and warning messages are common to all the batch files in this directory, so they are extracted into file pre.bat to have only one place to edit.
