	There are many false positives due to ICU delays shorter than 30 mins. Do we want to change anything about that threshold? Discussed with Julie and Lisa today but can't remember the outcome. 2023-11-26 - confirmed that this query derives program in a way that should still work after Change to having each collector collect both programs on the same laptop
2022-04-27 - further increased threshold for Med to 144 because we were still seeing to many false positives
2022-04-21 - updated the threshold to new mean+3sd as provided by Julie: 73hrs for Med and 67hrs for CC
