Teleform is a character recognition program used by the Data Processor to scan completed TISS forms before importing the data into the TISS database. We use a network scanner for this.

The Scanner PC (workstation: HSJJ387X4510QCP) in Trish's office has Teleform installed on it.

Software

The Teleform suite consists of a number of separate programs or modules to support the designing and processing of data collection forms.

Not sure how those licenses are different, they came from an email from Florence Wong to Tina Tenbergen 2016-03-17.

TeleForm has been completely transitioned to HP, Inc.

Annual Desktop Support Renewal Contract

  • Dec 1.15 - Tina to follow up with Tom Fraser with renewal for Dec 18.15-Dec 17.16. Tom had done the paperwork before and cost was approved by Randy Martens.
