Query s serviceLocation local

Query s_serviceLocation_local is used to generate the laptop dependent dropdown for the Service/Location field. It uses the data in s_locations_allowed_collection table.

It is used by dropdowns in :

	will also be used by Facilitated Management of Serial numbers
