Two tests

  • if there is a Cardioversion complications then there must be at least one TISS28 T41
  • if there is even one TISS28 T41, then there must be a Cardioversion complication


Don't think this was ever implemented. CCI Code is Cardioversion (EXCLUDE defibrillation-we are not tracking). Should we implement this now?
