"set MRSA Colonized" button

The "set MRSA Colonized" button on the Dispo tab tab in CCMDB.accdb will:

• create the following ICD10 entries
  • Staphylococcus aureus
  • Resistance to antimicrobials, methicillin (anti-staph penicillins)
  • Colonized with organism (not infected)
• create the following CCI entry
  • Isolation, infectious

Background

MRSA is a very common thing, and is somewhat complicated to enter, so we decided to facilitate entering it.
