If a field is entered in a format that doesn't follow what MS Access expects, there is an error:
The value you entered isn't valid for this field. For example, you may have entered text in a numeric field or a number that is larger than the FieldSize setting permits.

For the purpose of CCMDB.accdb this usually happens when a date is entered manually in a DatePicker field and all the punctuation and spacing is not as it should be.
DatePicker in Px Date field
The Px Date field in Patient Viewer Tab CCI Pick now needs to have a time entered in some cases for Change to collect TISS data in CCI Picklist. Usually only dates (not times) need to be entered into this field, so it was set up with as a datepicker field. Datepicker fields still can have times manually entered into them, but they are really picky about how the times are spelled out, ie you need to actually put the space between the date and the time, and the ":" between the hours and minutes. When the time is not spelled out right, the above error shows up.
