Field was created at same time as Person_ID, but never populated. It would have been hard to populated when first created and we never got around to it. We probably won't start populating it now since the ClientVisitGUID field serves this purpose.

_CFE_Data_reconsolidate once we have some ClientVisitGUID field data to test we can delete this field, table and page.
