Carlo migrated Pagasa's PC to W7. Tested, found problem with MedTMS Runtime error, consensus seems to be to let it go.
**trish fixed.  All the data files in Data subfolder in MedTMS were missing therefore, there was nothing MedTMS could could open.
Carlo migrated Trish's PC as well. Not tested yet, waiting for Trish to do when back. Also: wasn't able to reinstall Lightscribe. Carlo will be back Tuesday to migrate Julie's PC, can discuss then.

Review Pagasa's backup process

Tina - review backup process - there is the backup to X of PHI and centralized when push and pull script run but also a backup1.bat (3 in one), that puts copy of centralize.mdb on M, copy of TMSX dat and MedTMS dat but does nothing with PHI. Centralized is backed up in two places but PHI only in one.

CFE editing - need integrity checks in place to catch editing errors

Re import LABS from Ed

this to be done after going HSC goes to EPR labs Oct 12.14 or so

  • Since end of May to end of August 2014, HSC labs have continued to go into TMSX only. Need to transfer then into centralized. Julie needs to be aware this hasn't been done yet.Trish Ostryzniuk 17:57, 2014 November 13 (CST)
