Distribution of Annual and Quarterly Reports

This article describes how the Annual report and Quarterly report are distributed.

Operational requirement are to have these reports out within four weeks after the end of the annual or quarter period.

Managers and Directors in the Critical Care and Medicine Program receive the following reports:

  • Electronic - Annual & Quarterly - own site report
  • Electronic - Annual & Quarterly - all sites report
    • Hard Copy (printed)- Annual & Quarterly - all sites report: p:Julie Mojica
  • Electronic - Director's Chart Report (ICU's only) - all sites report

ICU reports

HSC, STB, GRA, OAK, CON ICU's:

  • PDF reports are placed on a file share by Database Statistician.
  • The file share and it's permissions are managed by ICU Admin Assistant, Christopher Roque.

Special ICU reports

  • there is a file share for HSC Critical care that is managed by Randy Martens, ICU Administrative Director. This share was set up before above and is still used for any special request for people listed below who have access:
  • Randy Martens, ICU Administrative Director
  • Dr. Bojan Paunovic, WRHA ICU Director
  • Jodi Walker Tweed, WRHA ICU Director
  • Julie Mojica, Statistician
  • Pagasa Torres, Data Processor
  • Basil Evan, WRHA ICU QI Officer

Internal Medicine Reports

Data Processor places PDF reports in Public Folder in Outlook called Critical Care and Medicine Database.

The public folder access rights are based on our Outlook Mailing Lists#MEDCC lists

Prior to sending out any quarterly or annual reports, the Data Processor does Outlook Mailing Lists#Updating of MEDCC mailing lists.

  • individuals get sent a link in an email to a share to a specific folder for their site Report: INTMED_CCMEDDB_STATS(\\HSC1MSFP0001)

Template:Discussion I consolidated different bits of instructions here from different places (Reporting, Outlook Mailing Lists and others, and pushed other details out to those pages. This page now seems to have some unsettled content... but I don't know when we use a file share and when the Critical Care Sharepoint ExtraNet so can't clear this up...
