Working on std instructions on what to do about lost charts. More to come. |
Considerations:
- What (if anything) should be done to find the chart?
- How long should we wait? Is 3 months or end of next quarter after discharge reasonable?
- What should be entered for values that would trigger CCMDB.accdb Data Integrity Checks?
- Some of these may not be issues if they should already be entered as part of Minimal Data Set - or would there be lost chart cases where we don't even get that?
