Need to be able to sort by, LN, FN and may a third option if needed.  Only sorting by one column and not grouping it by first name.  This is a problematic for processor to find a same patient in the the patient list form.

As discussed with Julie to prevent her having to rerun it and to insure that what Pagasa queries against is same as what Julie uses.  
adding records fails becaus the *_id is not autogenerated.
* need to change the query and process from one that re-does all, every time, to one that only updates new.  
#**Editing DX: when adding complication code, example, HAP, would go into registry screen but would not allow to save, hanging program and could not close.  Getting some Index or primary key cannot contain a NULL value, something or other message.
