There was preliminary request for some data due to concerns about forms being scored before the first 24 hours after admission had elapsed. We provided one-time data and [[Special:Diff/164908/164913 | updated Project Overstay2#The DPST Form]] instructions for when to assess the form, see there for details.

== Requirement as per {{DPST SOP}} ==

{{DPST SOP}} 4.3.3 - Additionally, the Data Collector will generate and distribute regular email reports to a designated distribution list. This list includes the Program Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Resource Nurses (CRNs), Utilization Specialists & Lead for Care Coordination, Hospital-Based Home Care Coordinator (HBCC) Manager, and the Clinical Service Leads (CSL) for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Social Work.
