Overstay2 Screening Reports

DPST SOP (temp limited access) 4.3.3 requests reports reporting of data collected as part of Project Overstay2. See Overstay2 Overview for context.

According to the draft SOPs we are to provide communication of the results as below. Andrea Thiessen explained that they would want something like a list split by colour. Then people would start manually populating other documents with this. I should follow up to determine the details and possibly set up a better way. 2025-07-03 TT emailed to Katherine Graham and Kathy Kwiatkowski how they will use it (include Andrea Thiessen)

Preliminary report on form filling and assessment

There was preliminary request for some data due to concerns about forms being scored before the first 24 hours after admission had elapsed. We provided one-time data and updated Project Overstay2#The DPST Form instructions for when to assess the form, see there for details.

Requirement as per DPST SOP (temp limited access)

DPST SOP (temp limited access) 4.3.3 - Additionally, the Data Collector will generate and distribute regular email reports to a designated distribution list. This list includes the Program Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Resource Nurses (CRNs), Utilization Specialists & Lead for Care Coordination, Hospital-Based Home Care Coordinator (HBCC) Manager, and the Clinical Service Leads (CSL) for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Social Work.

• three laptops means it would be three reports, not one, if collector sends it
