Accept Location is for non Inpatient Direct admits who were Parked in ER. It is the 'last sent from' non inpatient location where the decision to accept the patient to Medicine/Critical Care service occurred.

  • Item:
    • if Influenza in ICD10#confirmed, enter: positive culture
      • Date: date of first positive culture taken
      • Time: time of first positive culture taken
      • email Myrna Dyck, Epidemiologist, Infection Prevention & Control - ONLY if CONFIRMED
    • if Influenza in ICD10#suspected, enter: suspected
      • Date: when culture was taken
      • Time: when culture was taken
      • if given Tamiflu, then subsequently the Cadham lab reports found by collect to be negative, then remove suspected from Tmp. Put a information in Notes field in regards to this, so we know you did not miss.
