If a patient has one of the following codes during a stay on a unit/ward:

and that patient is subsequently admitted to another unit/ward then this is an error, unless the patient
- has a dx Organ donor (organ/tissue donation by the donor)
- is going to an ICU

Need to update the definition for this and implement once we have Deceased patients figured out. I have left a link there to remember. |
