Causes and solutions

This one doesn't require checking with collectors.

  1. check the image of the TISS form to see if there is an accidental extra TISS day/item
  2. follow Finding a patient in EPR and make sure the Arrive DtTm or Dispo DtTm are correct in CFE
    • correct the dates in CFE if applicable

pull into standard troubleshooting page: if there is an extra TISS day that is identical to previous, just delete it, if the "offending" TISS day is different from surrounding, then confirm with collector
