HSC_EMIP is the HSC location entry for EMIP.

HSC_EMIP will be collected on the 4 HSC medicine laptops as HSC_EMIP_a, EMIP_b, EMIP_d, EMIP_h.

We don't collect this yet, but for instruction consistency in 2016 Time and Place changes we need it as an entry for Previous Location field and Dispo field for ICUs.
