- Previous Location field, enter one of
- HSC - ER (parked)
- GRA - ER (parked)
- CON - ER (parked)
- OAK - ER (parked)
- STB - ER (parked)
- For Inpatient direct admit -
- Pre-admit Inpatient Institution field, enter the other site/unit/ward (including the HSC/STB/GRA EMIPs) they were last sent from
- For Non Inpatient -
- go to Tmp Project 'Accept Location' and follow the instruction on how to enter the non inpatient location they were last sent from
- Previous Service field, enter the service of the sending site if available, otherwise enter Unknown
Data to be Reported
