L ICD10 subform

The L_ICD10 subform in the ICD10 tab of the Patient Viewer is used for ICD10 collection.

Form Elements

Header:

• - the (re-sort button) to change newly added diagnoses to the normal sort order for this screen:
  • Admit Diagnosis, then Acquired Diagnosis / Complication, then Comorbid Diagnosis
    • within that, by Dx Date where available (i.e. Acquired Diagnosis / Complication), and by Dx Priority otherwise, (ie for Comorbid Diagnosis,Admit Diagnosis)

Body:

• Dx Primary
• Dx Type
• "?" button that opens the ICD10 Chooser form
• dx - the ICD10 dx field, encoded in the ICD10 code field
• "*" button to set Dx_Date to today
• "+" button to increase Dx_Date by one day
• "-" button to decrease Dx_Date by one day
• Dx_Date
• Dx_Date_unknown
• Dx Priority - for sorting but also for grouping as Combined ICD10 codes

2018-11-24 colour changes to group types and priorities better

I changed this around a bit so there is a background that ties the types together on the left, and the priorities on the right. Also changed it so that the priorities use different colours than the types. It doesn't look particularly nice, but the point was to group things better. So, does it do that? If not, do you have a suggestion what would (ideally without taking up much more space). Also, yuck, even if it does the trick, how would we make it look a bit less awful? Please comment below. Comorbids in another tab?

Team meeting staff raised concerned about too many rows to scroll down through when comorbid are together with Admits and acquired.

• One suggestion to put in separate tab? Tina to investigate further with staff and perhaps see if there are any options.

ICD10/CCI priority number column move

• staff requested ICD10/CCI DX priority number column to be moved closer left instead of being on the far right of row. Staff can advise where exactly that column would best be.Trish Ostryzniuk 19:59, 2018 September 21 (CDT)
  • I left it on the right for now because if I move it to the left with the type it further confuses the colouring for type with colouring for priority. I am open to suggestions about moving it, though. Ttenbergen 22:22, 2018 November 24 (CST)

sorting issues

• Not sorting properly and adds to difficulties with longs lists.
  • I think that was fixed, if still an issue, pls comment here. Else I will take this part out in a week. Ttenbergen 22:22, 2018 November 24 (CST)

Data in this subform is stored in L_ICD10 table. Dropdowns depend on s_ICD10 table.
